WayaDesk / Operations and recovery
A short operating routine can identify problems before customers report them. Review the systems that collect money, apply access and preserve records. The goal is to find exceptions, not to click through every screen without a decision.
Begin with availability and unfinished work
Check whether the application host and required services are running. Review router observations, delayed access actions and unresolved payments. A stale router observation should not be treated as proof that the network is healthy today.
Review records with a business purpose
Compare the relevant confirmed payments and investigate exceptions through the agreed reconciliation process. Check support threads that remain open and notification attempts held for review. Confirm the latest backup outcome instead of assuming the schedule always completed.
- Identify unresolved payment-to-access cases.
- Review stale observations and failed backup notices.
- Assign a responsible person to each item needing action.
Keep handovers concise
Record the affected account or component, the evidence reviewed and the next action. Do not pass private credentials through a general shift note. A new staff member should be able to understand what remains unresolved without recreating the entire investigation.
Close the loop
After corrective work, verify the result that mattered: customer access, accurate entitlement, delivered information or a recoverable backup. Clearing a warning label is not always the same as resolving its cause. Use the pilot to build a routine that matches your actual operating load.

Frequently asked questions
What should I inspect first each day?
Availability, unresolved payment or access work, fresh router observations and the latest backup result are useful starting points.
Does a clear dashboard guarantee no problems?
No. Use the displayed evidence together with the operating checks and customer reports relevant to your network.
Choose your software licence
One installation, a clear router allowance, and perpetual use of the purchased version. Setup assistance, hosting and external services are separate.
