WayaDesk is the customer-facing website and sales brand on mikrotikbilling.co.ke. LinkDesk is the software customers install. You will therefore see WayaDesk during purchase and LinkDesk in the application and licence documents.

What the software does

LinkDesk v0.5.0 provides workflows for MikroTik Hotspot vouchers, subscriber records, local PPPoE, M-Pesa integration and a separate FreeRADIUS bridge. It also includes staff roles, encrypted backups and customer account tools. Features have deployment-specific limits, explained in our features and limits guide.

What you buy

A software licence covers one installation and perpetual use of the purchased version within its managed-router allowance. Router allowance is not a subscriber capacity or bandwidth guarantee. Hardware, connectivity, hosting, provider charges and separately quoted assistance remain external costs.

How delivery works

Buy a software licence through WayaDesk M-Pesa checkout. Select the 2, 5 or 10-router allowance, enter your name and M-Pesa number, and approve the displayed amount on your phone. After authenticated payment verification, your private order page provides the product key and customer installer. Keep that order link private. Software licence checkout is separate from the internet payments your customers make to your own merchant account.

Our tested scope

A controlled live software purchase passed M-Pesa payment verification, automatic key issuance, Windows installation and signed activation. This does not prove a particular customer network is ready. Run a pilot on your own equipment before moving subscribers.
