Buying billing software should begin with a compatibility conversation and a complete quote. This is especially important for an operator moving from a working system: the purchase should identify what will be delivered and how the new installation will be accepted.
Select the licence allowance
Choose the licence package that covers the routers one installation will manage. Describe whether the network uses Hotspot, PPPoE or FreeRADIUS. Do not select a package solely by the number of paying customers; router allowance is a licence condition, not a tested subscriber-capacity rating.
Confirm the payment instructions
Buy a software licence through WayaDesk M-Pesa checkout. Select the 2, 5 or 10-router allowance, enter your name and M-Pesa number, and approve the displayed amount on your phone. After authenticated payment verification, your private order page provides the product key and customer installer. Keep that order link private. Software licence checkout is separate from the internet payments your customers make to your own merchant account.

Receive the correct package
The seller should supply a prepared customer installer and the activation method for your installation. The separate seller licence manager is not a customer installation package. Online code activation requires the seller’s HTTPS service; a signed licence file provides an alternative activation route.
Complete acceptance before migration
Installation and activation do not establish that your merchant configuration or network behaves correctly. Run the agreed pilot checks, record unresolved issues and keep the old arrangement available until the acceptance conditions are met. This gives the purchase a practical finish line.
