WayaDesk / Business use cases
Coworking environments can have members, day visitors and guests attending meetings. Those relationships may require different access arrangements, but the billing application should not be assumed to manage desk bookings or memberships automatically.
Define guest access separately
Write what an internet package includes and how it relates to the venue’s other services. A paid desk booking is not automatically a verified internet entitlement unless a specific working integration connects them.
Keep private operations separate
The public guest journey should not expose venue administration, staff devices or customer account histories. Use the network installer’s reviewed design and the application’s separate public and administrative surfaces.
- Test a first-time visitor buying access on their own device.
- Explain supported simultaneous-login and duration rules.
- Give staff a way to locate the purchase without requesting private passwords.
Plan for meetings and peak demand
A small number of demonstrated logins does not establish performance during a full meeting. Measure the representative workload and locations with the actual network. Router licence allowance is an administrative limit, not a bandwidth promise.
Keep onboarding proportionate
A short-term guest may need a simple pass, while a continuing member may benefit from a persistent account view. Select the workflow that answers the real customer questions. Avoid collecting or exposing more account information than the service process requires.
Frequently asked questions
Does the software include desk-booking integration?
No such integration is claimed. Treat venue booking and internet entitlement as separate processes unless a verified connection is added.
Does a successful quiet-hour demo prove meeting capacity?
No. Test the expected busy-period load and locations.
Choose your software licence
One installation, a clear router allowance, and perpetual use of the purchased version. Setup assistance, hosting and external services are separate.
