State where a pass works
Explain the covered areas, duration and package limits before payment. A pass does not guarantee a signal at every tent, cabin or parking space. Inspect the actual access-point coverage and backhaul connection. Avoid selling an untested data or device limit simply because it appears in a package description.
Plan guest arrival and payment
Guests may arrive after staff hours or with limited mobile connectivity. Test the intended customer checkout path from the venue WiFi before login. Decide how a supported voucher sale or manual payment record is handled if the online path is unavailable. Never treat an uncertain STK transaction as a confirmed receipt.
Keep an always-on operating plan
The controller, gateway and access points need a power and restart strategy. A laptop that is shut down overnight is not an always-on service. Review recovery after a host or upstream outage and keep backups off the active machine. RADIUS deployments introduce additional service dependencies that must also be tested.
Train staff for the common exceptions
Staff should distinguish a failed payment from poor WiFi coverage and an expired package from an upstream outage. Keep the order or account reference available privately. Verify expiry, renewal and recovery during a small pilot before offering paid access to every guest.

Current one-off licences are KSh 4,900 for 2 managed routers, KSh 9,900 for 5 and KSh 17,900 for 10, on one installation. The amount displayed at M-Pesa checkout applies to your purchase. Verified payment reveals the product key and prepared installer on your private order page. Hardware, hosting, messaging and separately quoted assistance are external costs.
