LinkDesk uses browser-based workflows, but a phone must reach the intended service to use them. Running an installation on a computer does not automatically publish its administrator workspace to the internet or create a native Android or iPhone app.
Choose the correct browser destination
The administrator interface, customer payment service and seller licence checkout serve different purposes. A loopback address refers to the device opening it. A phone visiting its own 127.0.0.1 address will not reach an application running on your laptop. Use the documented authorised access path for the installation.
Keep administrator access private
For remote staff, plan private network or authenticated VPN access and the appropriate application account. Do not expose the administrative port publicly as a shortcut to mobile access. Customer HTTPS checkout is a separate deployment surface and should not provide unrestricted access to merchant secrets, backups or staff settings.
Test the tasks staff actually need
Demonstrate viewing an account, identifying a payment and performing an allowed action from the intended phone browser. Check the assigned role and the page layout. A technician may need connection information while a cashier needs payment records. Neither role should automatically receive unrestricted owner privileges.
Understand customer self-service
A subscriber can use the intended private account or renewal journey separately from the staff interface. Keep bearer links private and revoke or replace them through supported procedures when necessary. Mobile access is a reachability and permissions design, not proof that all deployment components work without a running host.
Questions before buying
Is there a promised WayaDesk Android app?
No native mobile app is promised by this offer. The described workflows use browser access.
Can I open my laptop’s local address from mobile data?
Not automatically. Establish the authorised private or public customer access path first.
