If you approved an M-Pesa software purchase but do not yet see a LinkDesk key, investigate the original order. A started prompt, a cancelled attempt and an authenticated confirmed payment are different states. Avoid starting repeated purchases while the first result is uncertain.
Return to the original private order
Use the order page created for the purchase and review its current message. Keep the selected plan, amount and order reference available. Delivery happens on that page after payment verification; this website does not currently send the key automatically by email or SMS. Do not mistake a missing message in your inbox for failed on-page delivery.
Check the payment evidence
Confirm whether the phone transaction completed, was cancelled or remains uncertain. If money was deducted, preserve the M-Pesa receipt privately. Do not submit the PIN, consumer credentials or full private order link in a public comment. The seller needs enough reference information to locate the specific order and reconcile the provider outcome.
Distinguish a key issue from an installer issue
If a key is visible, licence generation has completed for that order. A blocked or interrupted ZIP download is a separate problem. Save the key privately and retry the intended download from the same order page where appropriate. If the installation starts but activation fails, use the activation guide rather than making another payment.
Escalate with the original reference
Contact WayaDesk support through the published private contact route. Supply the order reference, purchase time, plan and a redacted description of the problem. The order must be checked against payment evidence before a resolution is decided. This page does not promise a refund or replacement key without that investigation.

Current one-off licences are KSh 4,900 for 2 managed routers, KSh 9,900 for 5 and KSh 17,900 for 10, on one installation. The amount displayed at M-Pesa checkout applies to your purchase. Verified payment reveals the product key and prepared installer on your private order page. Hardware, hosting, messaging and separately quoted assistance are external costs.
