WayaDesk / Customer service and SMS
A support ticket gives a problem a traceable thread. The operator can preserve the customer’s report, the evidence checked and the action taken. This is more reliable than scattering important details across several unrelated conversations.
Ask for useful facts
Start with when the issue began, what the customer can observe and whether a payment is involved. The operator can then connect the ticket to account and service information. Customers should not be asked to disclose payment PINs or private integration credentials.
Separate investigation from entitlement changes
Opening a ticket does not itself grant service or verify a payment. A reply should explain the next action and the observed result. If an owner changes entitlement or suspension, that should remain a distinct authorised operation.
- Keep one continuing issue in a coherent thread.
- Record relevant non-secret references and timestamps.
- Close the ticket only after explaining the outcome or agreed next step.
Use the current portal limits
The documented LinkDesk customer workflow allows up to five open tickets and supports replies and closure. This helps contain open work, but it does not create an automatic response-time guarantee or an outsourced support team.
Learn from repeated topics
Review common causes after the pilot: unclear expiry wording, missing receipt guidance or recurring router-path failures. A useful ticket system should help prevent repeat incidents, not merely count them. Update customer explanations and operating procedures where the evidence shows a recurring problem.
